The Challenge
A sports fan is at a wedding while their favorite team is playing against their arch-rivals. Their team scores.
How would you, quickly, let the sports fan know about the latest play, the current score, and the key players? Write it.
My Solution
I love this task. Unsolicited push notification can be – well – pushy. But this one’s a real lifesaver for a user in need. The message packs all the most important information into just one glance – the score, the latest action, a key player, and a time stamp. But the text is still descriptive enough to put the user into the action (as much as a 45-character message allows).
